Simulation of the line for assembling belt tensioners in Mubea

Before the changes, the line was producing 503 belt tensioners per shift. As there are more workplaces than operators, the project included design and testing of 3 new variants of operators-workplaces matching. The best variant was chosen to recommend. It leads to prodictivity increase up to 558 items per shift. Moreover the changes leading to this improvement appeared to be quite easy applicable as only two operators are changing their working procedure.
